  I love this rug. It’s soft, much more plush than I expected, easy to vacuum, and it looks just like the picture. It’s on the medium pile side; not too short and not so long that it’s hard to clean. Despite the low price, it does not seem like a cheap/low quality rug at all. It looks pretty classy and it really ties our modern style interior together. If I remember correctly, I’m pretty sure the rug came a day or two early as well. It did have a bit of a factory smell when we first got it, but it dissipated after a few days. If you’re sensitive to smell, you might want to try airing it out before setting it inside. Our entire living room smelled a bit chemically for a bit, but nothing unbearable.Big plus for pet friendly homes. The only ones who love this rug more than I do are my dogs. Our dogs LOVE laying on this thing so much, and I don’t blame them. I would definitely order this rug again.

  A little sparse and the carpet seems a little too long since it’s sparse but works fine for putting my egg chair on so it’s not damaging the floor. I love the pattern and color, you get what you pay for!

  Background: I am a single guy. My ex wife used to do most of the décor. This is my fist rug purchase, ever. I did not know the in's and out's of what to expect or how to buy a rug.I knew the size I wanted, 3'x5'. This product is 3 ft 3 in x 5 ft, and I knew it was going to be a little larger than the area I wanted to put it in. But all the other rugs I looked at did not have the color, size, style or packaging that I wanted. Therefore, I had to put a little bit under furniture.Shipping time was decent. I knew upfront that there was going to be a small delay. It was shipped within the stated time frame and arrived when I expected it to. It shipped rolled up. This is a BIG plus because so many reviews had the rugs folded over. I did not want to deal with getting rid of creases. There are NO creases in this rug because it shipped rolled up. The packaging was good, I presume. It had what I recognized as medical shoe booties on the ends of the roll and tight plastic wrapping. As far as I can ascertain, there was zero shipping damage.Unpacking was easy and within 24 hours it was laying flat for the most part. There is one corner that is still up a little, but it is slowly getting flat with no assistance. There was a "chemical" smell that dissipated really quick, a couple hours or so. It smelled like all the other new carpets I have smelled in the past.The corners are straight and appear 90 degrees. There are no curves in the corners. There is no apparent fraying or loose strands. There are a few strands that are slightly longer throughout the rug. If this is not meant to be, I like it, adds character. Those strands are not loose. Weaving appears consistent and tight. I do have 2 wonderful kitty cats that immediately thought this rug was for them. I had to inform them that they are not to scratch the rug (I will see how THAT works). So, any future loose strands could be from my cats and not defects. When the "chemical" smell dissipated, they both seemed to ignore the rug.The only "con" I have is the actual size. This is why I prefaced this review with my background. This may be how the industry works (like lumber having a nominal and actual size). The actual rug area, not the edges are 3 ft 3 in x 5 ft. The edges add about 3/8" to the size. For my situation, it does not matter. I am considering this something new I have learned. In fact, I am glad the actual rug area is actually 3 ft 3 in x 5 ft.The rug is soft, which is a characteristic I was looking for. The pictures represent the pattern and colors accurately.Durability and cleaning I cannot comment on...yet. When situations and issues arise, I will update this review.

  Was really excited to get this runner because it matched our decor but when we laid it out the ends were uneven. (about an inch on each side) very noticeable when laid over tile in the entryway. The quality is great, the plush was perfect but the corners throws it completely off.

  Great color contrast in the swirls. Lovely mid-century vibe without “screaming the 60’s.” Texture is soft and shag is not too dense - perfect short shag.Color is an even cream and the contrast pattern is a light brown.This 5x8 oval came rolled properly and flattened completely within 24 hrs. I did roll it backwards after freeing it from the plastic wrap. I did not put furniture on it until it had relaxed completely. It also had a normal “new rug” scent.I didn’t use a rug gripper for it on my Travertine stone floor only because my heavy coffee table fits on top. Otherwise, I believe a pad or gripper might be advantageous…..tho the rug is not whimpy or lacking in weight.All said - it’s a beautiful addition to my home.

  I like the color & design. It's another thin carpet. You need to purchase a non skid mat for this rug. Not only will it slide around if you step on it, it will also scratch your wood flooring. The edges are sharp& there isn't much "shag" fiber. Save your money & go to Ross or Marshall's. You'll pay less for more

  I actually ordered two different sizes of the same rugs. The 10’*14’ first, it looks awesome, the rug is thick and very comfortable to step on. I liked it so much so I ordered another smaller one for my other living room a week later. The second one is 7’*10’. It has the same look. But the rug is way thinner than the bigger one I ordered earlier. Very obvious too. Not sure why different sizes rugs from the same company can’t have the same quality.

  I am very disappointed to learn that this area rug was and is advertised as a 9.2 x 12 rug and it most certainly is not. It is more than 2" shorter than 9' and overall more than 4 inches shy of the 9.2. Also not as nice as the Safavieh version, but they were sold out of 10 x12. Although I did buy their runner for my hall, and again much better quality than nu-Loom. Too much trouble to return, will live with but please beware, just another way fro companies to sell as more while consumer gets less.
