To clean, machine wash with cold water using a standard-sized machine (do not use bleach). We recommend line drying or drying without heat on an air-only dryer cycle. A low heat iron can be used if needed

  Got this rug to switch out for a wool rug while our puppy is getting through puppyhood. It washes up extremely well and looks great despite lots of puppy traffic and spilled liquids. As other reviewers have said small tiny bits can stick to the rug and sometimes it creates a Velcro like effect on socks. Those bits usually vacuum up pretty easily so I’m not bothered by it.

  Had this rug just for a few weeks. The creases never went away. The rug is not in heavy traffic area. Purchases this rug to add some accent in my living room. No pets or kids. The rug started showing wear. Not sure why as there is no even furniture on top of it. Don't want to try to iron it as the wear may appear in other areas as well. The customer service wasn't accommodating and offered only 20% partial refund that will not cover the cost and hussle of getting another rug to swap to let this rug last longer. I didn't have a lot of expectations about this rug, but it is not meant to last even a few months which is unacceptable. Will be returning it.

  Much nicer than ruggble, feels almost like a nice flannel material. Washed up just like new. We even used a carpet cleaner on the bigger rug and it worked great

  I just received this rug and I'm super pumped! It looks better than expected. It's soft but not felt-feeling, has a non- slip back, and has no odor.I haven't lived with it yet or washed it yet, but my first impression is 5/5.

  It came in a small box instead of a roll so it has crease but it wasn't an issue for me. It's a nice light material but the design is still great quality. I wish I bought the larger size. , the price on sale was great.

  I love the look of this rug, but can't rate it high because of the questions asked. It's too thin to be soft. It's a light color, which I love but, by nature, is easy to stain. It's also so thin that it sucks up into the vacuum when clean it and it doesn't lay flat.Despite those things, I'm happy with the purchase.

  I ordered this rug for my living room to tie together the look I was going for. In the pictures the rug looks like the perfect GREY I needed. But when I put it in my living room it obviously is colored more blue the grey. I’m extremely disappointed.

  But don’t vacuum it! The threads come loose. Haven’t tried washing it yet

  The only thing I dislike s the corners do not lay flat. It is beautiful and easy to clean
